You may be here trying to figure out who Subco is and why you received something that looks like a bill. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you out.

  • I received something that looks like a bill. What is it?

    In some cases, it is not a bill - simply a courtesy notice for renewal. This may be directly from a publisher or from the agency you originally placed your order with. If you would like to renew, simply fill out the form and send back. If you do not wish to renew, you can discard the notice, notify the party by phone or mail that you do not wish to renew, and your subscription will end on its own. If it is a bill, please contact our customer care department and we will work towards a resolution with the billing party.

  • What is Subco and why did I receive a magazine subscription?

    Subco is a magazine clearinghouse and fulfillment center; we work directly with publishers to build circulation. Once we receive your order from a partner, we send it to the publisher for fulfillment - therefore if there are any issues, it is our responsibility to make sure we take care of them for you!

  • How can I cancel my magazine subscription?

    We can process your cancellation anytime by contacting us. Magazines are pre-labeled and you may receive a few issues after cancellation, so please don't be alarmed.
